Some researchers maintain that “65% of the future professions of people entering primary school today do not even yet exist." At the same time, "50% of all jobs will be replaced by robots and 35% of existing jobs are at risk of automation in the next 20 years". BCG predicts that by 2025, up to "a quarter of jobs will be replaced by either smart software or robots".

Is the future of work therefore simply the disappearance of work, or are there just: "three types of lies - lies, damn lies, and statistics”? Is your job safe? What should organisations do?
